Q: There are 3 different packages to the Business Lounge – how do they differ?
A: The 3 packages are fairly similar and offer relatively similar benefits. The difference is in the experience – so each membership option is designed to meet the specific needs of the target market – the family membership will be more “kids” friendly, the sports fanatic more casual and relaxed. While the Networker will offer an experience more suited to client entertainment and business networking.

Q: Which events are included in the Business Lounge membership?
A: The membership will include all home senior professional match inventory of the DHL Western Province and DHL Stormers teams as would be the case for a season ticket. Each member will receive a Western Province Rugby Season Ticket which will include packaged games and additional benefits. We will offer a calendar of events each year to our members which will include a range of events hosted at the stadium.

Q: What other costs will I incur over and above membership fees?
A: Membership fees will include a season ticket and the benefits thereof to packaged Western Province Rugby senior professional home matches. Over and above the membership fee, all members will need to purchase hospitality packages that will cover the catering. These differ per option and are tailored to the different markets. For other events, packages will be put together and advertised to members – members will then elect to purchase them or not. This will be their choice and they can decide at the time, depending on whether the event is of interest to them or not.

Q: Do you offer a discounted rate for children?
A: No, but the family package is more affordably priced to accommodate children.

Q: I’ll be travelling with elderly/disabled guests. Are there lifts, which lead to the business lounge?
A: Yes, the stadium is well equipped to cater for the elderly and disabled.

Q: Is parking included in the business lounge membership package?
A: When purchasing a membership, parking options will be made available. These options will include parking in the stadium itself and on fields in close proximity. Members will be able to select the options that work best for them.

Q: What is the relationship between Western Province Rugby and Cape Town Stadium?
A: Cape Town Stadium is officially the new home of Western Province Rugby. As the primary anchor tenant and will see Western Province Rugby playing all their home senior professional rugby matches at the stadium going forward.

Q: Can I rent the Business Lounge for private functions as in the past?
A: Yes, the Business Lounge can be hired for private use subject to availability. We encourage our members to do so, and offer all members a 20% discount when hiring the business lounge for private events
